1 Definitions & Applicability

In this document, "48jl", "platform", "we", or "company" refers to the entity operating the 48jl website and services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any individual or entity who has registered with 48jl or is using the platform.

These terms and conditions apply to all products, services, and promotions offered by 48jl. Where applicable, separate service-specific terms may also exist, which will operate as a supplement to these general terms.

• Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by these terms and conditions.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with 48jl and use its services, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts operated by the same person or household are prohibited.
• Documents required for identity verification must be provided upon request by the company.

48jl reserves the right to immediately close any account and withhold deposited funds if false information is provided during registration.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

48jl may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at any time it deems necessary. During verification, users may be required to provide a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued proof of identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 48jl support immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, make sure to log out after every session.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. 48jl will treat any bet or transaction made from an authenticated account as valid.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

48jl accepts only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. 48jl reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious financial activity.

Users may only conduct transactions through a payment account registered in their own name. Transactions using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 48jl platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

48jl offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. A 25x wager must be placed on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion only once.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• Attempting to claim the same promotion from multiple accounts may result in both accounts being closed.
• Additional bonus-specific terms will be stated in the details of each promotion.
• 48jl reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The 48jl VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates increase as you move up the tiers: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% weekly cashback at Platinum.

6 Fair Play Policy

48jl uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and transparent outcomes across all games. Each game result is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game will result in the immediate closure of the account.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software errors will be considered void.
• In cases of technical game issues, the decision of 48jl management is final.

6.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets are accepted up until the start of the event. If an event is cancelled midway, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable terms. 48jl reserves the right to void bets in cases of incorrect odds or technical errors.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 48jl platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be closed and related winnings may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Accessing another person's account or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus offers.
• Exploiting bugs or errors in the software or system.
• Placing bets using automated bots or similar software.
• Threatening or harassing the platform, its staff, or other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party.

8 Responsible Gaming

48jl believes that gaming should be enjoyable and entertaining. We place responsible gaming at the highest priority and support users in building safe and healthy gaming habits.

• We ask that you do not bet beyond your means.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by the Company

48jl reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• In cases of suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is advised that you withdraw all valid balances before submitting an account closure request.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 48jl platform — including logos, brand names, designs, graphics, software code, text, and other elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the company is strictly prohibited.

Users are permitted to view platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes; however, any form of automated scraping, data mining, or system access is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

48jl will not bear any liability in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Sessions interrupted due to issues with the user's own device or network.
• Delays in transaction processing by third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banks).
• Unauthorized access resulting from the user's own failure to protect their account information.
• Force Majeure events — natural disasters, war, government restrictions, and similar circumstances.

12 Changes to Terms
